Managed delivery process

How our managed data collection service works

We take a project from source assessment to recurring, maintained data delivery.

GetParsing projects move through a short, visible sequence designed to reduce ambiguity before recurring collection begins.

From requirement to production

A clear path to recurring delivery

Step 1: Business and data requirements

You send us source URLs, required fields, markets, categories or locations, expected volume, update frequency, preferred output, intended use and an example import structure when available.

Step 2: Technical feasibility review

We inspect how the data appears, whether it is public, page structure, JavaScript and interaction requirements, regional selection, pagination, protection behaviour, volume and likely maintenance risk.

Step 3: Data schema

We agree field names, required and optional fields, identifiers, date and time formats, currency representation, availability values, product matching fields and output structure.

Step 4: Development

We build the source-specific collection workflow and prepare test runs. Multi-source projects can be divided into phases so the most important sources are delivered first.

Step 5: Validation

The test dataset is checked for missing values, incorrect formats, duplicates, unexpected record counts, wrong regional values, product or variant errors and schema compliance.

Step 6: Production delivery

The workflow runs on the agreed schedule and sends data through the selected delivery method.

Step 7: Monitoring and maintenance

Websites change. We monitor collection results, investigate failures and update the workflow when source changes affect production.

The operating cycle

Define, prototype, launch and operate

1. Define

Agree sources, fields, refresh needs, output format, and acceptance criteria.

2. Prototype

Build a representative sample and review coverage, normalization, and edge cases.

3. Launch

Schedule collection, validate output, and connect the agreed delivery path.

4. Operate

Monitor source and schema behavior, investigate failures, and manage approved changes.
